The UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) has begun preparations for the fifth Global Report on Adult Learning and Education (GRALE 5) to be published in 2022. On 12 May, the editorial meeting will take place virtually to prepare for data collection and processing on adult learning and education (ALE) in UNESCO Member States. It will also specify the thematic focus of the report; this year citizenship education.
