I would like to thank you for sending in the exciting projects on Arts Education from your schools around the world. I am overwhelmed and feel inspired by the teachers´ and students´ creativity, enthusiasm, innovation, motivation, and spirit as global citizens! Your contributions show how important Arts Education is and how diverse learning with and through the arts can be. I believe that we need teachers like you who initiate activities for their students´ wellbeing and resilience, especially in times like these.

Since ASPnet´s origins in 1953, learning with and through the arts has been an important means to reflect on global citizenship, sustainable development, and cultural diversity. As ASPnet team member I feel very motivated to be part of this unique network. I am very much looking forward to working together in future initiatives on Arts Education.

Best wishes,

Erik Eschweiler
