The Bureau of the sixth session of the Intergovernmental Committee met on Thursday 15 September 2011 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in room XIV (Bonvin).
The Bureau discussed the provisional timetable of the 6th session of the Committee (Bali / Indonesia, 22 to 29 November 2011) and decided on the utilization of the funds allocated for the period January to June 2012 by the General Assembly of the States Parties for ‘other functions of the Committee’ as described in Article 7 of the Convention and in the Operational Directives (Resolution 3.GA 8 - see 3.GA Resolutions:English|French|Spanish|Russian|Arabic|Chinese).

The Bureau of the sixth Intergovernmental Committee approved in July 2011 the revision of the spending plan for the use of the funds allocated for ‘other functions of the Committee’ under the Plan for the use of the resources of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Fund. As authorized by Rule 12.3 of the Rules of Procedure, the Bureau consulted by electronic consultation to this effect.
