Kate Linkins

Partnerships and Outreach Specialist

Kate Linkins joined the GEM Report team as Partnerships and Outreach Specialist in mid-2017 having previously worked as Program Specialist in the Education Support Program for the Open Society Foundations since 2013. Kate has experience in human rights advocacy, communications, and program management, and has worked for the Australian Green Party; the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, a London-based think tank; Médecins Sans Frontières; UNICEF Australia; and the British Red Cross. Kate holds an MA in human rights and a double major in international studies and French from the University of Sydney, New South Wales, and Paris-Sorbonne University, respectively.
