Read Melboune like an “Open Book”

When:
Thu, 09/15/2016 to Sun, 10/02/2016

From 15th September to 2nd October, the “Open Book” programme, presented in partnership with Melbourne Fringe Festival supported by Melbourne Creative City of Literature, will feature a wide range of events and installations that will cast a new light on the city and its relationship with literature.

From wrestling-inspired poetry slams to intimate live art in bookshops, spoken word evenings from new communities to art installations and more. Melbourne Fringe is one of the largest and arguably most inclusive festivals in Australia including 6000 artists, over 400 events, more than 160 venues and an audience in excess of 300,000.
