22 September 2017 World Youth Skills Day at the Nkolbisson's UNEVOC Centre The UNEVOC center of the Nkolbisson Technical High School mobilized from 1st to 31 August 2017 to celebrate World Youth Skills Day. The celebrations included a training on entrepreneurship and business creation. The training was supported through ICT and also aimed at sensitizing trainees on the importance of gender equity. 26 April 2017 March 2017: Open days at Technical School of Nkolbisson The UNEVOC center of the Nkolbisson Technical High School hosted the opening ceremony of the open days of technical secondary schools in Cameroon, together with UNEVOC centre of IPTI. 7 April 2017 Fablab inauguration in Yaounde Technical school of Nkolbisson took part in the inauguration of the first 3d digital laboratory at the University of Yaoundé. As a prelude to the celebration of the International Youth Skills Day of 2017, we will share with the UNEVOC Network the experience and the amazement of the achievements. This digital manufacturing tool is a decisive element in the development of skills in the South. (more)

12 April 2016 The Technical School of Nkolbisson holds an open day The Technical School of Nkolbisson, a UNEVOC Centre in Cameroon, held an open day on 17 to 18 March where they showcased their programmes as well as UNESCO-UNEVOC's activities and services. The day was opened by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Secondary Education. (more)

12 December 2014 New country reports in World TVET Database New country reports have been published for Benin, Cambodia, Chad, Iraq, Latvia, Lithuania, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Qatar, South Africa, Uganda and USA. UNESCO-UNEVOC continues to expand the World TVET Database and more country reports will be available soon. (more)
