Mr Raphael Ndiaye specializes in cultural archives in West Africa, he was a teacher at the school of librarians Archivists and Documentalists in Dakar, Director of Public Libraries of Senegal and President of various library Associations. In addition, he participated in several research projects and published several cultural publications.
