El canto polifónico georgiano (Georgia)
Título EN: Polyphonic singing is a popular tradition that used to pervade all areas of everyday life in Georgia, ranging from field work to songs for curing illnesses and Christmas carols. There are three types of polyphony in Georgia, each performed in a different region.
Título FR: Le chant polyphonique est une tradition populaire autrefois omniprésente dans toutes les activités de la vie quotidienne, des chants de travail jusqu’aux chants de guérison ou aux chants de Noël. Les trois types de polyphonie géorgienne sont chacun pratiqués dans une région différente.
Título ES: El canto polifónico es una popular tradición que antaño impregnaba en Georgia todos los ámbitos de la vida cotidiana, desde las labores del campo a las canciones para curar enfermedades o los villancicos. En Georgia hay tres tipos de polifonía, cada uno de los cuales se practica en una región distinta del país.
