Deneault highlights that tax havens exacerbate inequality by depriving governments and their citizens of resources that would support services for the benefit of all. He argues that, as a first step, basic concepts and economic jurisdictional vocabulary must be updated to better reflect the realities of accommodating jurisdictions.
