Education sector plans, capacity development and assessment, institutional development, Monitoring and Evaluation

Dorian Gay works in the IIEP Director’s Office as Executive Officer. 

In the Director’s office, Dorian contributes to the strategic planning of IIEP and to the monitoring and evaluation of IIEP’s programme. This position also entails liaising with IIEP’s numerous partners and stakeholders.

In this, Dorian relies on over fifteen years of technical cooperation experience working directly with Ministries of Education of Member States. His areas of specialty are the design of education sector plans and the development of institutional capacities in educational planning and management. 

As most IIEP professional staff, Dorian is involved in training activities, on the Advanced Training Programme and country-specific courses.

Education

  • Postgraduate degree in Education Development with a specialization in educational projects design and monitoring (La Sorbonne University, Paris)
