Accession by Afghanistan to the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education (Tokyo, 26 November 2011)

On 7 December 2020, Afghanistan deposited with the Director-General its instrument of accession to the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education.

In accordance with the terms of its Article X.2, the Convention shall enter into force for Afghanistan on the first day of the month following the expiration of the period of one month after the date of deposit of this instrument of accession, that is to say on 1st February 2021.
