From the 1st October 2015 to the 31 December 2016, Prague’s (Czech Republic) literary residence project will be launched with more than one year of interesting programming that aims to provide selected writers from all over the world with a place full of creative impulses.
This year’s first Prague resident will be Liam Pieper, Australian writer and journalist who is nominated by the UNESCO Creative City of Literature of Melbourne (Australia). M. Pieper will make a half trip around the world to experience the unique atmosphere, rich history and magical location of the city.
Organized by the municipality of Prague, the Creative City of Literature will offer a two-month stay in Prague to participated writers, covering accommodation and travel costs. Since Prague inspired already innumerable writers, offering an endless source of creation, we have no doubt that creative ideas will come naturally to the participants of the literary residence project during their stay in the city.
