Approach to the identification of obstacles to the implementation of vocational education and training policies

To identify obstacles in the implementation of renewed vocational education and training policies, IIEP-UNESCO Dakar has developed an empirical method as the activities of the Platform of Expertise in Vocational Training (Pefop) with the four partner countries (Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritania, Senegal) of this first phase.
