Ms Rakkel Andreas is a researcher, freelance journalist, socio-political analyst and communications consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the media industry and for Namibian civil society on issues of democracy, good governance and rule of law. She is a strong project management, communications and research professional with an Honors degree in Media Studies and Political science, as well as Master of Arts degree focused in Development and Governance from University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany, and a Master of Arts degree in Advanced European and International Studies from CIFE-Nice, France. Ms Andreas is passionate about women empowerment, leadership, business & human development, youth and Africa.
