Key objectives of the measure:

The Republic of Belarus has a three-level vocational training system in culture, including children's art schools (430), vocational secondary (21) and higher (3) educational institutions.

Children's art schools operate on 7 areas: music, visual arts, theatre, choreography, folk arts, aesthetic and crafts.

Secondary vocational institutions offer training in 23 special fields.

In higher education institutions students can major in 26 special fields.
