Hannover orchestrates the Fête de la musique with 3 other Creative Cities

Hannover orchestrates the Fête de la musique with 3 other Creative Cities

When:
Tue, 06/21/2016

On 21 June, Hannover will celebrate the Fête de la musique with other Creative Cities of Music: Glasgow, Mannheim and Bologne. Everyone in the city will be able to take part in the festivities. Not only as amateur, but also as on several stages and workshops where one can learn to play an instrument and join sing-a-long activities.

For this occasion, the “Voodoo Sound Club” from Bologna and “Brazzo Brazzone” from Hannover have worked together during last months’ Fête and will now present the fruits of their collaboration. The Scottish-German Jazz Collective made up of musicians from Glasgow and Hannover will also give an exciting performance. They have released their first album and will share their co-creation at this year’s Fête de la musique, as well as at Edinburgh and Glasgow afterwards. The bands will have the great opportunity to strengthen the ties that already unite them, and learn from each other by sharing their own knowledge and experiences.
