Publication: Teaching Policies and Learning Outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa

In conjunction with UNESCO-IICBA’s celebration of World Teachers’ Day, the organization has launched its latest publication, Teaching Policies and Learning Outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa. This publication is a result of IICBA’s desire to create a more contextually relevant framework for sub-Saharan Africa and is a continuation of the work which has previous been done by the Teachers Task Force (TTF). This publication aims to address issues, which are specific to teachers in Africa, by providing recommendations for a policy framework that addresses the challenges of teacher motivation and therefore improves learning outcomes.
