This report was written by the “Dirección de Cultura” Office (DC-office) with the support of the International Cooperation Office.
In order to answer the report, the DC-office developed a Question-Sheet that was distributed via email to a multi-stakeholder group of 273 informants from Academia, Local Governments, Public Institutions dedicated to arts and culture, and Civil Society. The Question-Sheet was sent via email with a note signed by the Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Youth, one reminder was sent via email; and there was a phone-call reminder for the 22 public institutions dedicated to arts and culture. Of the 273 Question Sheets that were sent, only 19 answers were received: Academia (6 Question Sheets sent- 2 Answers), Local Governments (40 Question Sheet sent- 2 answers), Public Institutions dedicated to arts and culture (22 Question Sheet sent- 8 answers) and Civil Society (205 Question Sheets sent- 7 answers).
