The X UCCN Annual Meeting took place in Östersund, Sweden, from 14 to 16 September 2016. This event gathered over 250 participants, including 22 mayors, representing nearly 100 Creative Cities. Jamtli Christmas Fair in Östersund is one of Europe's most charming Christmas Fairs, which will take place on the week-end of the 4th to 6th December, 2015. It is something of a must for young and old alike. The historical buildings at Jamtli (open air museum) create a wonderful setting together with darkness, fire and snow.  The fair is welcoming more than 20 000 visitors and vendors of local produced food, arts and crafts meet in a unique Christmas atmosphere.
