This report aims to build an understanding of how elementary-level teachers are managed in schools run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in Jordan, in order to support effective teacher management in refugee settings, and improve teacher status, motivation, well-being, and effectiveness.
