Water cost and price are not synonymous with its value

The United Nations World Water Development Report (WWDR) 2021 on Valuing Water shows that water has different values to everyone and that only by recognizing the multiple values of water, we can ensure equity in water resources management.

The inability to recognize the value of water is the main cause of water waste and misuse.
