Africa ICT Ministers Forum The Africa ICT Ministers Forum will serve to highlight the relevance of “Information as a Public Good” to African ICT ministries, by drawing their attention to the follow-up to the Windhoek+30 Declaration. The event will highlight the importance of Free, Independent and Pluralistic Media as key for our times. It will also highlight the importance of Access to Information following the outcomes of the 28 September, International Day for Universal Access to Information (IDUAI) including the work being done by UNESCO with the Ministry of ICT in Namibia.
