Commitment

Imagine Worldwide is partnering with organizations around the world to test and scale child-directed, tech-enabled learning solutions that improve access to quality education for all children. Children drive their own learning, using high-quality software to gain literacy and numeracy skills on a portable tablet without relying on the school infrastructure, or grid power and internet. Our organization has a steadfast commitment to serving children in the most marginalized contexts. As such, this delivery model is ideal for supporting equitable continuation of learning for children during the COVID-19 pandemic and a full and equitable return to education following the pandemic.

To date, we have conducted research pilots in various settings including government schools, informal schools in refugee contexts, community centers and homes. We work with a diverse portfolio of high-quality software products that have been contextualized to serve children in many parts of the world. We have solid initial data for our learning model, and our goal is to continue building evidence to support deployment at scale. We believe that our model can strengthen learning systems for the future by allowing millions of children in any learning context to build foundational literacy and numeracy skills needed to achieve their full potentials.
