They involve tasks and duties that are carried out: • Generate, develop, preserve or reflect cultural or symbolic and spiritual meaning; • Create, produce and disseminate cultural goods and services, which generally contain intellectual property rights; and • For the purpose of artistic expression (e.g. visual, music, writing, dance or dramatic arts).
