Approbation par l’Estonie de la Convention sur la protection du patrimoine culturel subaquatique (Paris, 2 novembre 2001)

Le 2 novembre 2020, l’Estonie a déposé auprès de la Directrice générale son instrument d’approbation de la Convention sur la protection du patrimoine culturel subaquatique.

L’instrument contenait la déclaration suivante :

“Estonia declares in accordance with Article 9, paragraph 2, that the information referred to in Article 9, paragraph 1 (b) will be transmitted in the manner stipulated in Article 9, paragraph 1, subparagraph (ii); (…)

Estonia declares in accordance with Article 28 that the Rules shall apply to its inland waters not of a maritime character; ”

Conformément aux dispositions de son article 27, ladite Convention entrera en vigueur à l’égard de l’Estonie trois mois après le dépôt de cet instrument, c’est-à-dire le 2 février 2021.
