- Baouba Mohamed Naffé

Mohamed Naffé teaches history at the University of Nouakchott for more than 20 years. He has participated in prospection and archaeological excavation campaigns as well as in the renovation of the historical part of the National Museum of Nouakchott. He was for 5 years (2004-2009) Deputy Director then Director of the Mauritanian Institute of Scientific Research in charge of cultural heritage issues. Between 2008 and 2011, he participated in the implementation of a MDGF programme in Mauritania led by UNESCO.
