Ms Tojo Yharimanana Rakotomalala

Tojo Yharimanana Rakotomalala, a Malagasy national, is an expert in the following fields, including qualitative and quantitative research, local development, employment, skills development, culture and social communication. Since 2012, she has been member of the UNESCO Convention 2005 Expert Facility. Among work carried out at the national and international level, she has conducted an inventory of the current situation of the cultural structures and activities and cultural development in Madagascar, formulated national policies and regional employment strategies, formulated skills development strategy in the tourism/hotel/restaurant sector, and evaluated training systems.
