In July, due to the state of emergency announced for the prevention of COVID-19 in the Republic of Armenia, Khnko Aper National Children's Library on the online platform within the framework of the “Summer holidays with the library” project will hold an initiative representing not only Armenian, but also world heritage under the headings “Want to know” "Around the world", "History of a music composition ", "History of an invention". The initiative aims to ensure the educational and cultural involvement of children of different age groups, emphasizing their right to participate in cultural life and to communicate their cultural values, especially during the days of isolation. The planned educational, cultural, educational and cognitive events will contribute to the organization of children's fascinating and comprehensive summer vacations and enrichment of knowledge. As part of the initiative, children will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the "Famous museums of the world" under the heading "Want to know", with the history of world famous composers under the title "History of a music composition " and discoveries that are vital for humanity and without which it would be impossible to imagine modern life will be presented under the title "History of an invention". Children will also have the opportunity to travel around the world with rich cultural histories, including France, Italy, etc., getting acquainted with the historical and cultural sites of the latter. We will have a separate reference and introduce the readers and followers of the library to the monasteries and churches of Armenia included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Aram Khachaturian House-Museum and "Arloopa" Company launch a new project. The project starts on Aram Khachaturian's birthday, from June 6. By installing the free "Arloopa" application and being in the place indicated in the map (for example, Northern Avenue, Republic Square, A. Khachatryan monument, Khachatryan street, etc.) one can enjoy the immortal compositions of the composer. There is one work in each of these points. The application allows everybody to take a video and post it on social networks. Aram Khachaturian House-Museum uses the latest information technology opportunities, which helps them to popularize Aram Khachaturian's legacy. The House-Museum, in collaboration with "Arloopa", has implemented various programs both inside and outside the museum.

Due to limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and emergency situation, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia through its museums launched an distant educational and cultural initiative for citizens since 15 March 2020. The museums through #Fromhometomuseum, #Museumwillcometoyou, #Intermuseumcooperation and other hashtags organizes online intellectual quizzes for different age groups, movie screenings, online discussion of articles and memories concerning different artists, museum-visitor online cooperation projects, reading, painting, literature, music, animation games, contest for youth, cognitive movie screenings, exhibitions, quests, online educational programmes, etc. The International Museum Day was marked on 18 May, which initiated a broad and multi-content projects implementation through online platform throughout Armenia and outside its borders. The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia offered to open a “museum corner” at the homes of its followers and send the videos to the preferred museums.

Para esto, el Ministerio de Cultura y Patrimonio puso a disposición a través de su página web, un micro sitio que reúne contenidos culturales disponibles en línea y para descarga gratuita. A través de 20 categorías, se ha puesto a disposición de la ciudadanía, recorridos virtuales por museos a nivel nacional, sitios patrimoniales, archivos, acceso a recursos documentales, libros, películas para descarga, repositorios fotográficos entre otros.

Short video of the Museum of Mação, in Portugal, on the importance of tangibility, within the precaution safety measures imposed by the pandemic. The video was prepared involving several Erasmus Mundus mater students (International Master in Quaternary and Prehistory and DYCLAM + Master in cultural landscapes) and the UNESCO-IPT chair in Humanities and Cultural Integrated Landscape management.

On May 25, 2020 Herry Dim invited his fellow artists to create black and white works with a size of 19 x 19 cm. It turned out to be received extraordinary. So on May 28, 2020 he created the group site "Virtual Museum 19x19 MementoMori Covid19" while accommodating submissions of original works that continued to arrive. Since the beginning, it has been thought to create a real museum to display the works of artists who care about Covid 19 Pandemic. This museum also plans to collect information about Padvid Covid 19 since its emergence in Wuhan and then spread throughout the world. But it all depends on the ability of funds because the movement is entirely done by Herry Dim alone which then has the support of artists in the form of works. Pour sa réouverture au public, le site du Grand-Hornu a édité un nouveau document illustré, gratuit, qui accompagne la visite du site. L'architecture néo-classique de cet ancien charbonnage en fait un musée à ciel ouvert. Au-delà des bâtiments magnifiquement restaurés, c'est l'histoire de l'industrie wallonne qui se raconte à travers les pages de ce document. Le visiteur peut donc s'y plonger en toute sécurité, en déambulation extérieure. Par ailleurs, les visites guidées étant suspendues, les guides du Grand-Hornu ont posté des capsules vidéo où ils racontent des extraits de l'histoire du lieu.

Tour the wrecks of HMT Arfon, HMS/mA1, HMS Colossus, London, Coronation, Holland No.5, Invincible, Norman’s Bay, U8, Association, Bartholomew Ledges, Tearing Ledge, Wheel Wreck, Thorness Bay, and Rooswijk. Ships from different parts of the world, that have at different points in time sunk in English waters. These trails use new technologies such as multi-image photogrammetric recording and virtual reality techniques. The new techniques allow viewers to see a clear 3D image of a site. Not only do they bring maritime archaeology to life for the non-diver, they're a lot easier to interpret than more traditional geophysical survey techniques or photographs taken in poor visibility. They can even aid archaeologists' work on land by allowing measurements to be taken and analysis to be carried out post-dive.

Of the two destroyer wrecks in Portsmouth Harbour identified by the Maritime Archaeology Trust in 2016, the eastern wreck of V82 is the more visible. The site was recorded on April 6th 2016 as part of the HLF Forgotten Wrecks of the First World War project by the Maritime Archaeology Trust.

Orkney has a unique underwater environment, from vast battleships resting in the heart of Scapa Flow, to smaller blockships dotted along the rugged coastline. There is a real poignancy to seeing the wrecks on the seafloor of the Flow, an area that is teeming with a history that spans the centuries and encompasses both grievous losses and magnificent victories. Face à la majestueuse baie d’Alger, sur la « Colline aux sangliers »,  surplombant le luxuriant « Jardin d’Essai » se dresse fièrement le Musée national des Beaux-arts d’Alger. Construit par l’architecte français Paul Guion, les travaux ont commencé en 1927 et sont achevés en 1930. Le Musée sera ouvert au public en avril 1931.

Son bâtiment, qui s’élève sur quatre niveaux, est une étonnante synthèse de styles divers, où se déclinent en toute harmonie les influences décoratives de l’art musulman médiéval comme celles de l’art antique ou encore les inventives géométries de l’art déco des années 1930. 
Avec ses 8 000 œuvres, sa collection est considérée comme la plus importante pour l’art en Algérie, dans le monde arabe et même sur le continent africain.
Il  renferme en plus des œuvres peintes (véritable voyage dans six siècles de l’histoire de l’art universel), des dessins, gravures et estampes anciennes,  un bel ensemble de sculptures, de mobilier ancien et d’art décoratif, céramique, verrerie, ainsi qu’une importante collection de numismatique.
La Musée national des Beaux-arts a d’autre part imaginé un parcours dédié à la sculpture, au sein de ses espaces extérieurs : la Pergola, suspendue à l’italienne, propose ainsi une superbe promenade avec la découverte des œuvres sculptées tandis qu’en contrebas, sur la terrasse panoramique, d’imposants  moulages historiques retracent l’histoire de la sculpture mondiale.

Titanic sank in 1912, when she collided with an iceberg during her maiden voyage. Numerous expeditions tried using sonar to map the sea bed in the hope of finding it, but were unsuccessful. In 1985, the wreck was finally located by a joint French–American expedition led by Jean-Louis Michel of IFREMER and Robert Ballard of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The wreck has been the focus of intense interest and has been visited by numerous expeditions. The HMD John Mitchell was an 85 foot (25 m) long steam drifter that sunk on the 14th November 1917 after colliding with SS Bjerka. Fortunately there was no loss of life when the wreck disappeared into the sea, approximately 15 miles from Swanage. The wreck of the John Mitchell was rediscovered by Dave Wendes, a local dive boat skipper and historian, after he was alerted by a local fisherman who caught his nets on the wreck. Today she lies at a depth of 40 m - inaccessible to most. With the generous funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Maritime Archaeology Trust has been able to research the wreck through our ongoing project, the Forgotten Wrecks of the First World War. Volunteer divers have collected information, video and images from the site, and artefacts recovered from the wreck have also been recorded. This information will be freely available in an online database, which will be live when the Forgotten Wrecks Project is completed in Spring 2018. The Thistlegorm Project aims to raise awareness of the rich underwater cultural heritage of the Red Sea. The project is a collaboration between the University of Nottingham, Ain Shams (Cairo) and Alexandria University, who are using 3D and virtual reality technologies to provide greater access to various submerged sites within the region. The SS Thistlegorm was chosen to represent the project due to its wide recognition within the diving community. By providing access to a site previously only accessible to divers; public awareness of underwater heritage in Egypt may be increased regionally and internationally; and further conservation and preservation of said heritage may be achieved.

The Gnalić shipwreck is a little over three nautical miles distant from Biograd na moru, Croatia, on the Dalmatian coast. Previous archaeological investigations exposed the remains of a large ship dating to the late 16th century. Artifacts excavated at the time include a rich assortment of items and materials including: glass vessels and mirrors, brass chandeliers, shaving razors, and candle snuffers. One of the most interesting and rare finds was a collection of spectacles packed in little wooden boxes. Determining the provenience and destination of all these items will shed light on the nature of commerce routes in the central Mediterranean world of the late 16th century. This audio-visual work was composed by Kotaro Yamafune, a Ph.D. student at Texas A&M University, as a part of primary results of Gnalic Project 2014 field season.

Horizon 2020 iMARECULTURE project - Advanced VR, iMmersive serious games and Augmented REality as tools to raise awareness and access to European underwater culutural heritage aimed at making the wealth of underwater cultural heritage accessible to the public through digital technologies. Sarajevo Graphics Group, a research laboratory at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo, was responsible for interactive digital storytelling within the consortium.

The Vrouw Maria (Lady Mary) was a 18th Century Dutch vessel that sank in Finnish waters on its way to Saint Petersburg, bearing a precious cargo destined for the Empress Catherine the Great of Russia. It represents a valuable piece of European underwater cultural heritage: thanks to digital technologies anyone can “visit” the shipwreck - and with no need to be a scuba diver. Researchers and students at the Department of Media (Media Lab Helsinki) in Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture, have created an interactive, real-time, virtual reality simulation about the Vrouw Maria shipwreck.

The wreck at the centre of the project is a merchant ship named Melckmeyt (Milkmaid). It was discovered in 1992 by local divers Erlendur Guðmundsson and Sævar Árnason, close to a tiny isolated island called Flatey in Breiðafjörður, off the west coast of Iceland. Investigations at the site restarted in 2016, when a team of divers from the University of Iceland decided to carry out a more detailed survey. This team was led by Kevin Martin, a maritime archaeologist and PhD student in archaeology at the University of Iceland, with the assistance of maritime archaeologists from the Dutch Cultural Heritage Agency who are interested in the ship as it is believed to have been built in the Netherlands and represents one of the world’s most northerly historical Dutch shipwrecks. The team was able to apply the latest technological innovations to make a high-resolution 3D survey of the shipwreck and this data has been used as the basis of the virtual reality experience. The Pavlopetri Project started in 2009 and finalized in 2014. The project permitted the study of the history and development of the submerged ancient town of Pavlopetri in southern Laconia, Greece. The data extracted from the excavation was used in collaboration with the BBC to create reconstructions of the site for the forthcoming BBC/Discovery Channel documentary

The Bermuda 100 Challenge aims to document 100 or more historic shipwrecks and distinct natural habitats in the waters surrounding Bermuda in order to enhance conservation efforts and open the sites to both real and ‘virtual’ tourism from interested students, researchers and travelers from around the world.

In 2004, the project goals were build accurate and detailed 3D computer models of the excavated artifacts, build accurate and precise 3D computer models of the surviving timbers of the ship, build an accurate and precise virtual re-creation of the ship and its cargo and test various scenarios to establish the most likely methods whereby the ancient mariners could have secured their contents from breakage under conditions of voyage.
