Ratification by Peru of the Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (Buenos Aires, 13 July 2019)

On 4 November 2020, Peru deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In accordance with the terms of its Article V.2, the Convention shall enter into force one month after the date on which four (4) UNESCO Member States of the Latin America and Caribbean Region have consented to be bound by the Convention by any of the means specified in Article V.1.2. As of the abovementioned date of deposit, two instruments, including this one, had been received.

This information is being sent to you in accordance with the provisions of Article V.6 of the Convention.
