The winner of the 2019 Cultural Diversity Award of the prestigious Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) is the film Rona, Azim’s Mother (Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran). The laureate film will be screened at UNESCO Headquarters.
The film Rona, Azim's Mother, is the winner of the 2019 Cultural Diversity Award of the Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) and will be screened at UNESCO Headquarters in the margins of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005 Convention).

Original version in Farsi, Dari, sub-titled in French. The screening will be open to the public and will be followed by a Q&A session with the film Director, Jamshid Mahmoudi.

The APSA Awards represent the highest cinematographic distinction in the Asia-Pacific region, which includes over 70 countries.
