Jane CONSTANCE

Jane Constance, a rising star and visually impaired since birth, was designated UNESCO Artist for Peace in September 2017, in light of her commitment to promoting and raising public awareness on inclusion and empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in societies. Through her collaboration with the Global Rainbow Foundation, she aims to empower differently abled persons and vulnerable groups.

She supports the Organization’s action for the inclusion of people with disabilities and the fight against discrimination of people with disabilities in cultural, social and economic fields.
