On 12 November 2020, the final webinar was held to discuss the ways and opportunities to improve the level of media and information literacy of teachers in CIS countries. The webinar was organized as part of the joint project initiated by the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education and the UNESCO Information for All Programme with the participation of the Eurasian Association of Pedagogical Universities and the UNESCO Chair of Media and Information Literacy and Media Education of Citizens of the Moscow State Pedagogical University (MSPU).
During the webinar, the participants discussed the relevance of media and information literacy (MIL) for teachers, as well as learned about the experience of improving the level of MIL of practicing teachers. The webinar was moderated by Ms. Elena Muryukina, Analyst of the UNESCO Chair of Media and Information Literacy and Media Education of Citizens of MSPU.
