In 2002,the former Argent ine Secreta riat of Culture implemented a Grant Progra mme for the purpose of contribut ing to the increase and development of the cultural and artistic activity in our country. In the beginning,the Progra mme implemented an open gra nt system, where applicants received invitations.In the yea r 2005,t he scope of this Programme wa s redefined with the intention of expanding its support lines a nd international cooperation agreements.
