Education Assessment (LLECE)

A quality education is a fundamental right. To ensure it, UNESCO’s Member States have designated the Latin American Laboratory for Assessment of the Quality of Education (LLECE) as a key instrument to monitor and follow-up the Education 2030 Agenda Frame of Action and Sustainable Development Goal 4.

LLECE, which is seated in the Regional Office for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean, works to contribute to the new challenges that this agenda poses, developing research, organizing technical debates and developing other initiatives that contribute to analyze the Education 2030 global agenda, with an integral focus on the quality of education and on ways to evaluate it.
