Bologna, along with eight other Italian creative cities: Milan, Pesaro, Rome, Torino, Carrara, Fabriano, Alba and Parma, are working together in the creation of a framework in order to the measure and manage the impact of culture and creativity on local development, including the impact of the UCCN designation.
