Information and Orientation session in view of the 42nd session of the World Heritage Committee

The information session for States Parties on the 42nd session of the Committee is scheduled from 10 am to 11.30 am and will be followed by an Orientation Session for members of the Committee from 11.30 am to 1 pm.

The Orientation session has been organized for a couple of years at the request of a number of members of the World Heritage Committee, to allow for better preparation for the Committee session. This session is held in addition to the one which traditionally takes place the day before the opening of the ordinary session of the World Heritage Committee.

This information and orientation session will be followed on the same day, from 3
pm to 5 pm, by a Point of Information on Thematic Studies.
