Two Secretary-General amplification requests

Dear UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, Artists for Peace and Champions

Thank you again for your support on these crucial requests, especially during these difficult times.

As promised, we're coming back to you with social media assets for the priority amplification requests for the two statements of the Secretary-General (SG) this morning:

  • Human Rights: the SG’s speech for the opening of the Human Rights Council
  • Climate Action: the SG’s statement on the landmark report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

We're deeply grateful for your amplifying the SG’s voice in one of two ways, or both, by

  • Retweeting/reposting the Secretary-General’s Tweets and Instagram posts

and/or

  • Sharing key messages (cards with suggested captions)

The tweets & assets are provided below (the Human Rights speech followed by the IPCC Report). Please note that the materials on the Human Rights speech include a tweet and quote by the Secretary-General on the unfolding situation in Ukraine

Should you wish to post additionally, you can find other assets & messaging on the Trello boards (links provided below).

Your support for this push is greatly valued, now more than ever.

Many thanks and best wishes,
