The Government of Denmark, in advancing capacities of Member States for the development of policies and measures in line with the 2005 Convention, addresses key priorities of Danish development cooperation, such as the promotion of human rights, democracy, good governance, and gender equality.
Denmark also supports activities to raise awareness on the need to enhance global monitoring on the status of the artist and artistic freedom.
Denmark is Party to the Convention since 2006.
