Luxembourg

The national scientific portal is managed by the National library of Luxembourg on behalf of the national consortium "Consortium Luxembourg", which is a member of Open Access Publishing in European Networks (OAPEN). More information and news are available on blog.findit.lu .

As of June 2015, DOAJ indexes 2 OA journals from Luxembourg. There is one OA Policy registered in ROARMAP. One OA digital repository is listed in OpenDOAR. This is ORBilu (Open Repository and Bibliography - Luxembourg) of the UNiversity of Luxembourg.

Enabling Environment:

Luxembourg participates in European OA initiatives e.g. OAPEN and Consortium Luxembourg have “pledged their support for the development and implementation of strategies and services for Open Access”.
