How to use UNESCO’s Name, Acronym, Logo, and Internet Domain Names

After extensive consultation with its Member States, UNESCO recently issued a new set of graphical standards governing the use of the UNESCO logo, both by UNESCO and by its programme and networks.

The purpose is to strengthen the visibility of the UNESCO logo and to improve its legibility.

Other examples of composed logos: the logos of the Memory of the World Programme:

  • The Memory of the World International Register (png; pdf);
  • National and Regional Memory of the World Committees and their associated National and Regional Registers (png; pdf).
