UNESCO is implementing a new system - CRM (Constituency Relationship Management) that is a unified application to manage all the contacts and to keep up-to-date on who is interacting with whom and on what topics throughout the Organization - from Headquarters to Field Offices and Institutes.

The CRM comprises three modules: Contact & Organization Management for maintaining and sharing accurate and centralized information on all types of contacts, Resources Mobilization and Event Management.

In this context, in order to improve the data sharing with its main stakeholders, UNESCO has created a new Portal for National Commission and Permanent Delegations, allowing access to information related to official contacts and organizations.

We are currently in the pilot phase of the CRM Portal, and therefore we would be most grateful if you could access the Portal following the instructions contained in the basic User Guide, consult the available data and possibly update the information relating to your National Commission or Permanent Delegation.

Please connect using your @natcom.unesco.org or @unesco-delegations.org account.

Should you have any questions related to the access or the website, please do not hesitate to contact us at natcom(at)unesco.org.
