Cabo Verde (October 2015)

A Training of Trainers workshop on Microscience was undertaken in Praia (Cabo Verde), where twenty secondary school science teachers and one professor from the University of Cabo Verde participated in the training. Participants carried out activities linked to their fields of specialty, physics and chemistry on the one hand, and the life sciences, on the other hand. The training was organized in two sessions: (1) group discussions on the adaptation of the Microscience training material to the national curricula, and (2) practical experimentation using the Microscience kits provided by UNESCO Headquarters.
