Context/Overview

PROM'ART aims to be a flagship project for all cultural entrepreneurs and artists in Madagascar. It will help implementing the new law on the status of the artist; generating reliable and updated data to inform additional new measures such as the ones related to social protection; building cultural entrepreneurship skills in the digital sphere, triggering dynamic networking between cultural professionals to ease implementation of the new regulations.
