The objective is to stimulate effective collaboration and cooperation in the region. Participants will work up to a maximum water depth of 20 meters. Twelve participants from Angola, Cabo Verde, Cote-d‘Ivoire, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal, Tanzania, and Togo, will be guided by three experts from Brussels, Portugal and South Africa.
