Programme Assistant, Network Secretariat
Ruairi first joined UNESCO-UNEVOC in September 2019 to support and organize the UNEVOC Global Forum on Advancing Learning and Innovation in TVET. Following this, he returned in November 2020, as Programme Assistant to the Network Secretariat. Ruairi is also the Regional Focal Point for the Arab States.
Ruairi holds a Master's degree in the Ethics of Economics, Law and Politics from Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Maynooth University in Ireland.
