UNESCO 2018 Asia-Pacific Youth Evaluation Report, June 2019

UNESCO 2018 Asia-Pacific Youth Evaluation Report, June 2019

As part of UNESCO’s increasing efforts to meaningfully engage with young people in all aspects of programme design and implementation, this report is the first youth-led evaluation of projects involving young people in the Asia-Pacific region. The evaluation was designed in partnership with youth and asks young people to review key questions such as how well do the projects match the needs of youth?, how inclusive were the activities?. Is gender equality strong enough?, and how can UNESCO support youth action better in the future? The evaluation covers the Social & Human Sciences youth activities for Almaty, Bangkok and Ha Noi in 2018. The second evaluation, covering 2019 and expending to activities of other offices and sectors will be released soon.
