The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in his address mentioned cooperation with UNESCO, particularly recent World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education and "Skills development for Employability in Rural Areas" project that supports the government in educational reforms.
One of the pivotal branches of education is to create all necessary conditions for the youth to acquire modern profession. European standards of professional education will be soon launched.
In order to highlight the priorities of upcoming 2023 year H.E Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to declare it "Year of Human Care and Quality Education". UNESCO is the leading UN agency for Quality Education and contributes to the commitments of the Government of Uzbekistan towards the achievment of the Sustainable Development Goals. Full video below.
