Paducah's 11th Annual River's Edge International Film Festival featured David Wilson as the esteemed Film Festival Juror representing the City of Bradford (United Kingdom), which was designated as the UCCN first UNESCO City of Film.

The festival featured a film programmation from seven countries namely the United States of America, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, China and Ecuador.
