There are two categories in the Awards programme: Cultural Heritage Conservation and New Design in Heritage Contexts.

 Prepare your project dossier 

 · Download the official forms and guidelines for each category below:

 · Make sure to read the guidelines for submission carefully prior to filling in the official forms. 

 · Each entry must be submitted with the following documentation in full:

    1.     Entry form (submit online)

            Official entry form - Cultural Heritage Conservation (Click to access)

            Official entry form - New Design in Heritage Contexts (Click to access)

    2.     Project dossier (post to UNESCO Bangkok by mail):

            a.     Project description (using the provided official format)

            b.     Occupant’s comments       

            c.     Owner consent

            d.     Rights authorization form (copyright for drawings, illustrations and photographs) 

            e.     Drawings, A4 format or A3 format

            f.      Photographs (before conservation – in process – after conservation – in use/ current state)

            g.     USB Drive (including all required documents in PDF format, drawings and photographs in high-resolution files)

            h.     Submission declaration form

    3.     Conservation Management Plan should be provided, if applicable                           

    4.     Additional materials (articles, videos, etc.) may be provided, as per the guidelines

* Entries that do not fulfill the submission requirements will not be presented to the Jury.

  Post your project dossier to UNESCO Bangkok 

· Post your project dossier to Culture Unit of UNESCO Bangkok via mail, postmarked no later than 30 June 2023.
