Résumé :

Le chapei Dang Veng est une tradition musicale cambodgienne étroitement liée à la vie, aux coutumes et aux croyances de la population cambodgienne. Elle est pratiquée avec un chapei (sorte de luth souvent utilisé à l’occasion des festivals culturels) accompagné par le chant. Les paroles des chansons peuvent être éducatives avec une dimension sociale mais aussi satiriques, tout en intégrant des poèmes›››
